YETTY HELP

Data without the drama.

The essentials for installing Yetty, using multiple networks and travelling with your eSIM.

Does Yetty give me a phone number?

No. Yetty is a data-only eSIM. It does not include a mobile number, traditional calls or SMS. You can keep your normal SIM active for those services and use Yetty for data on compatible dual-SIM devices.

Which UK networks can Yetty use?

The Yetty service is designed for access across EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. The network your device actually uses depends on coverage, availability, device support and service configuration.

Does Yetty always pick the strongest network?

Yetty gives your device access to multiple partner networks rather than locking you to one. Actual network selection is controlled by the device, SIM profile and available network conditions, so it should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the mathematically strongest signal is selected every second.

Can I use Yetty abroad?

Yetty supports data roaming in the USA and across most of Europe. Turn on data roaming for the Yetty eSIM and check destination support before travelling.

How do I install my Yetty eSIM?

Once provisioned, sign into My Yetty and open eSIM & setup. Scan the activation QR or use the manual activation details shown there.

What if I run low on data?

My Yetty shows your latest usage and can warn you as you approach your allowance. You can buy a one-off data boost from your account.

Can I tether or use a hotspot?

Where your device and plan support tethering, Yetty data can be used by your device’s hotspot feature. Heavy tethering can consume your allowance quickly.

How do I get help?

Sign in to My Yetty and open Help & support. Your request stays attached to your account so the team can see the relevant service details.
